We have developed a positive safety culture by providing our staff the appropriate, information, instruction and training, encouraging their constructive feedback throughout.
As a result the combination of safe systems of work and competent staff gives us the ability to carry out our operations safely.
Having a dedicated safety team enforces our beliefs by promoting our positive safety culture to our entire workforce on a daily basis, making sure all equipment is free from defect and that we comply with all relevant legislation, while proactively monitoring our sites by site visits and staff feedback.
We are clear though, responsibility for safety does not rest on the shoulders of one individual in the organisation, responsibility for working safely is shared by everyone who works for Electricityworx from Managing Director to Apprentice.
